Inscription. In Memory of Al Kalina, whose tireless efforts for the youth of Park Ridge Baseball/Softball will always be remembered. For many Park Ridge boys and girls, summertime meant playing ball and playing ball meant Mr. Kalina. Al always made every player on his team feel like a superstar. As it turned out, it was Al who was the superstar all along. May Al's spirit and his love of baseball live on in every child who plays on this field. Remember Al's four H's: Hands, Hips, Head, and Heart. The Most important of these is HEART.
