1. The Old Turnpike Road Marker
Inscription. The turnpike which was the main highway through this part of the country when the Macks lived here passed by the Mack home at this spot across the stream from the front yard of the Mack residence. Remnants of the old walls that were built along each side of the highway can still be seen in places.
