1. Delbert Thalmann Park Marker
Inscription. In 1900 the Ottertail School House was built on this property. Delbert Thalmann purchased the school and property in 1968, dismantled the school, and used the wood to build an addition to his barn. Out of generosity, he gave the land back to the city to be used as a park for everyone to enjoy.

The city of Ottertail, along with Bonnie Thalmann, her children and grandchildren dedicate this park to Delbert Thalmann.
