1. Cabin #5: Ijams / Addicks Cabin Marker
Inscription. Original owner: William Ed Ijams (1870-1930) was an accountant for Little River Railroad. In 1904, he married Mabel Townsend, daughter of Wilson B. Townsend. They had two children. One child, Margaret, was born 1914 another died in 1917 and was 1 year old. The small cabin to the left know as "Adamless Eden". It was built by W.B. Townsend in 1921 as a doll house for his granddaughter.

Other owners: Cary F. Spence became owner in 1932. he was president of Spence Trunk and Leather Company and first president of the Appalachian Club. His daughter, Eleanor, held the lease until she passed away in 1992.
