1. Wheeler Park Marker
This park is named in honor of Rollin W. Wheeler who served as mayor from 1960 to 1968, councilman from 1952 to 1960, and teacher, coach and counselor at Flagstaff High School from 1929 to 1968.
He molded citizens by action and example.
