A five-storey tenement house from 1899 with shops and restaurants on the ground floor. Here, among other things, the restaurant "Klosteret" has been open since 1992. In an apartment on the second floor, during the first years of the war, the Jewish merchant David Goldberg (b. 1879), who had a tobacco shop on the ground floor, lived. He was married to Anna (b. Bojarin 1879). They had four children. Two of them lived with their parents in Fredensborgveien: Marie (b. 1903) and Gustav (b. 1917), who was an apprentice. Two other sons who were married lived in Sorgenfrigata. Bernhard (b. 1908) in no. 1, Alexander (b. 1905) in no. 35. David Goldberg was deported on the Monte Rosa on 20 November 1942, the others on 26 November on the Donau.
