Mrs. Catron was Supervisor of Music in the Ponca City Schools 1910-1947 and founded the Ponca City Music Club March 19, 1921. Charter member 20th Century Club and helped establish the Ponca City Library in 1910. President Oklahoma Federation of Music Clubs. National Board Member and Chairman of Public School Music of NFMC. Lifetime member of D.A.R. Her pioneering spirit and excellence continues to be exemplified in our Ponca City culture.
