Inscription. Im Kaufhaussaal fand am 19. Juli 1919 die erste Sitzung der neu gewählten Stadtverordneten statt. Zum ersten Mal in der Geschichte Freiburgs waren nun auch Frauen im Bürgerausschuss vertreten: Berta Fleming, Hermine Forsthuber, Marie Haack, Marie Jehle, Dr. Dora Landé, Dr. Else Liefmann, Dr. Anna Marbe, Mathilde Otto, Henriette Schatz, Anna Schenk, Anna Schweiß. Lina Wäldin, Johanna Werthheimer und Rosa Zinserling.


The first meeting of the newly elected city councilors took place on July 19, 1919 in the department store hall. For the first time in Freiburg's history, women were also represented in the Citizens' Committee: Berta Fleming, Hermine Forsthuber, Marie Haack, Marie Jehle, Dr. Dora Landé, Dr. Else Liefmann, Dr. Anna Marbe, Mathilde Otto, Henriette Schatz, Anna Schenk, Anna Schweiß. Lina Wäldin, Johanna Werthheimer and Rosa Zinserling.
