1. Sophronia Standage Marker

Inscription. When Sophronia's husband, Henry, joined the battalion, he lamented leaving her on land belonging to a friend "with but little provisions, 3 dollars in money, [and] one cow." Before Henry marched away, he looked back one last time and saw Sophronia and his mother in tears.
