Das Haus Louisenstr. 80/82, damals Hotel Augusta, wurde 1916 nach dem Willen des Stifters, des Hotelbesitzers und Wohltäters der Armen, Gustav Weigand (1840-1928), als Lazarett für Verwundete des 1. Weltkriegs eingerichtet. Danach diente es bis 1977 als Kurklinik für Kriegsversehrte.

The house at Louisenstrasse 80/82, then known as the Hotel Augusta, was set up in 1916 as a military hospital for the wounded of World War I according to the wishes of the founder, hotel owner and benefactor of the poor, Gustav Weigand (1840-1928). It then served as a health clinic for war invalids until 1977.
