Inscription.  Italian:
Sul versante all'angolo del Palatino verso l'arco di Costantino, si conservano resti di edifici risalenti al II secolo d.C. appartenenti a caseggiati, con probabile funzione commerciale e abitativa, che occupavno le pendici del monte. In uno degli ambienti meglio conservati si trovano mosaici e affreschi di etΰ severiana (193-211 d.C.) con graffiti piω tardi; in un altro, si conservano le vasche di un piccolo impianto termale privato. Nello stesso edificio, nel IV secolo d.C., fu allestita un'ampia sala di ricevimento absidata.

English:
On the slope at the corner of the Palatine facing the Arch of Constantine are the remains of buildings dating to the 2nd century AD belonging to apartment blocks with probable commercial and residential function occupying the slopes of the hill. In one of the better preserved rooms are mosaics and frescoes of the Severan period (AD 193-211) with later graffiti; in another are the pools belonging to some small private baths. A large apsed reception room was created in the same building in the 4th century AD.
