Der Platz wurde in den Jahren 1986-88 im Rahmen der Dorferneuerung auf dem ehemaligen Gelδnde der Hφfe Weymar und Wies und des Gemeindehofes angelegt. An der Stelle des ehemaligen Bullenstalls entstand 1986 der Gemeindebauhof mit dem Wappen der Gemeinde im Schluίstein. Der alte Brunnen des Anwesens Weymar mit einer Tiefe von 7,1 Meter wurde 1988 wiederhergestellt.
Waldlaubersheim New Village Square
The square was created in 1986-88 as part of the village renewal project on the former site of the Weymar and Wies properties and community land. In 1986 a municipal building was built on the site of the former stables, with the community's coat of arms in the keystone. The old well on the Weymar property, with a depth of 7.1 meters, was restored in 1988.
