1. The Flame of Freedom Memorial
Inscription. The flame of freedom, shall never die, so long as man holds it next to God. It is with this devotion that the men of Franklin County have given life and limb in World Wars I and II, Korea and Viet Nam. It is with this in mind, that the Franklin County Jaycees dedicate this flame in their honor. May they live forever in our memory, just as freedom shall as long as we have such men.
