1. Nicholson's Manor Marker
Inscription. Patented for 4200 acres, August 6, 1719, to William Nicholson, gentleman of Anne Arundel County. Subdivided in 1757 into four equal parts by Byron Philpot, Junior, Corbin Lee, Kinsey Johns and Roger Boyce.
 
Erected 1968 by Maryland Historical Society.
