Old School Square is located in the center of downtown Delray Beach and thanks to community efforts, was preserved. The City purchased the property and rehabilitated the historic structures. A renaissance began for the city: a revival in both economic and social terms, based on Delray Beach's unique history and culture.
Old School Square is known as the city's "crown jewel" of historic resources and continues as a gathering space for a wide variety of cultural, social, art, and educational opportunities.
