1. Williamson Family Cemetery Marker

Inscription. This is the Williamson family cemetery that was started in 1823 when Elizabeth Williamson born in 1820 was buried here. John Williamson is buried here and he was a member of the North Carolina Regiment during the Revolutionary War. The earliest born member was Lucy Williamson who was born in 1797 and died in 1864. The last burial was Bill Williamson who was born in 1892 and was buried in 1962. There is not a complete count of how many family members are buried here since some of the graves may be unmarked.

Any type of vandalism in this cemetery is against the law and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
