Honoring All Who Have Served
The Veterans Memorial Park at Niagara County Community College was established on April 28, 1976.
The original park was unveiled to the community in celebration of the Bicentennial anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
In 2023, as part of Niagara County Community College's ongoing commitment to Veteran Services, the park underwent a transformation. The standalone monument was relocated and expanded. Now, this special space pays homage to the past and embraces the future while celebrating Niagara County's armed forces.
Veterans Memorial Park at SUNY Niagara, formally known as Niagara County Community College, stands as a living memorial, symbolizing the commitment to honor and remember the history of individuals who served. Let us all pay tribute to the many sacrifices that shaped our nation's path, where bravery echoes for many years.
