1. Buck Atom's Cosmic Curios, Tulsa, Oklahoma Marker
Inscription. This 1950s PEMCO gas station became the landing place of Buck Atom in May 2019. The 21-foot-tall Muffler Man was custom made and serves as an ambassador for the revitalization of Route 66 in Oklahoma … and beyond!

2. Buck Atom's Cosmic Curios, Tulsa, Oklahoma Marker
He was conceived by Mary Beth Babcock, the store's owner, as part of an elaborate backstory. In it, Buck was a rodeo cowboy who was abducted by aliens in the 1950s. He then spent the next 66 years traveling the cosmos. Upon his return to Earth, he landed at the site of his namesake shop and became a goodwill ambassador for Route 66.

3. Stella Atom, Space Cowgirl
The 19-foot-tall fiberglass statue joined Buck Atom in June 2024. The brainchild of store owner Mary Beth Babcock, the statue features details such as the Oklahoma wildflower on her boots, a Route 66 belt buckle and a Tulsa flag on her back jet pack.
