It can be reached from Crestwood Lane east of Mannheim Road (U.S. 12/20), on the right when traveling west. The memorial is in the southwest corner of Westchester Community Park. It is accessible either by parking in the lot near the community center and walking south on the pathway for about Ό of a mile, or by parking on Crestwood Lane near Mannheim Road (by the Chase Bank) and walking north about 100 yards.
