Meet Echo Hill Outdoor School's fleet of historic Chesapeake workboats!

Since 1972, Echo Hill Outdoor School has been connecting children to nature through the magic of playing, learning and exploring in the outdoors. The school's hands-on experiences take place outside of the conventional classroom, in the waterways, fields and marshes of Kent County. There, students learn about science ecology, history, culture and teamwork through outdoor adventures.

These workboats serve as floating classrooms for the School, providing access to the Chester River's beautiful and productive natural spaces.
