Inscription. Donated by the Wade family and moved here in 2012, this cabin is mostly constructed of period, reclaimed, and hewn American Chestnut logs. It now houses a portion of the "Duck, Duck, Goose: Waterfowl of the Mississippi Flyway" exhibit that is dedicated to President Theodore Roosevelt's wildlife conservation efforts and time spent in the Badlands at his Maltese Cross Cabin.
