Inscription.
Whereas, Ray and Cidney Roth are Leaders in bringing arts and culture to the community, and

Whereas, the Roth's vision were instrumental in the development of the Village's performance shell at Conkling Heritage Park; and

Whereas, the Roths directed the campaign to raise the funding for the construction of the facility and donated much of their time to this important project.

Now, therefore, be it proclaimed that the Performance Shell be officially named the Roth Performance Shell.
