This plaque acknowledges with gratitude the continuing efforts of 436 Transport Squadron to provide for the care and upkeep of "Canucks Unlimited" through their participation in the "Adopt an Aircraft" project. Squadron members are ensuring that the appearance of this historic airlift workhorse does justice to the proud heritage and many contributions made by C-47 aircraft. The RCAF Memorial Museum wishes to express sincere appreciation to 436 (T) Squadron Honorary Colonel C. Richard Sharpe who generously donated this plaque.

Cette plaque reconnaît avec gratitude l'effort soutenu du 436e escadron de transport pour assurer l'entretien et le bon état du "Canucks Unlimited" par leur contribution au projet "adoptez un aeronee", les membres de l'escadron font en sorte que l'allure de cet appareil utilitaire historique rende pierement justice au patrimoine et aux nombreux services rendus par le C-47, le musée commemoratif de l'aviation royale du Canada tient à exprimer sa plus sincere gratitude au colonel honoraire C.
