This plaque acknowledges with gratitude the continuing efforts of 436 Transport Squadron to provide for the care and upkeep of "Canucks Unlimited" through their participation in the "Adopt an Aircraft" project. Squadron members are ensuring that the appearance of this historic airlift workhorse does justice to the proud heritage and many contributions made by C-47 aircraft. The RCAF Memorial Museum wishes to express sincere appreciation to 436 (T) Squadron Honorary Colonel C. Richard Sharpe who generously donated this plaque.
