Presented at Western Legends Round-Up August 28, 2015

Actress, Eva Marie Saint, won an Academy Award for her very first film, "On The Waterfront", with Marlon Brando. Eva didn't do many westerns in her long career. She did agree to co-star with James Arness and Bruce Boxleitner in a TV movie "The Macahans" shot at the "Old Fort Set", and surrounding Kanab, Utah locations.

"The Macahans", was the pilot film for the series "How The West Was Won". They made many of the episodes here in Kane County, during it's four year run, on the ABC Television Network. Eva was a popular guest in Kanab while she was filming the series.
