Inscription.
The concept for Military Heritage Park was proposed by the Rotary Club of Barrie to City Council to recognize the City's military history and the relationship between CFB Base Borden and the City.

It is dedicated to those valiant men and women who have personified the Rotary Motto,
”Service Above Self”

The Rotary Club of Barrie graciously acknowledges City Council, City Staff and the Military Heritage Park Committee for their dedication and commitment to the Park.
