Inscription.
Located along the Indiana state line, Governor Bebb MetroPark was established in 1961 as the fourth park in the MetroParks of Butler County park system. The park began as a 10-acre parcel, and has evolved into a 269-acre local outdoor destination over the last 60 years. Visitors can enjoy quiet wooded trails, explore the park's iconic Pioneer Village or wander through Dry Fork Creek, a tributary of the Great Miami River.

What to look for:

Pioneer Village

This collection of historic log houses and buildings were relocated into the park beginning in 1959. Pioneer Village represents what an early 19th century Ohio settlement looked like.

Dry Fork Campground
Relax next to a campfire, spend the night under the stars and explore the park's creek during your stay.

American Kestrel
Kestrels are a small bird of prey about the size of a robin. They can hover in place while looking for a meal by flying into the wind and matching its speed.

Bobcat
Bobcats are native to Ohio and belong to the same family as domestic cats (Felidae). They are twice the size of a house cat and have a short or bobbed tail. They were extirpated
