1. The Grape Arbor Marker

Inscription. Our favorite spot to gather every Sunday was in our grape arbor. Frieda and I built it in 1916 and the vine you see is the same one we planted that year. While the adults visited, the children played in my homemade sandbox or in the playground below. How relaxing it was to enjoy a piece of pie with family and friends! And although I was never a Mason, a friend of ours gave us this table, which features a Masonic emblem. Little did that friend know, the table would forever serve as a staple in our Warther family traditions.
