The Valentine Lamp
Linking the romance of gaslight with a George V posting box, artwork and setting depict the Valentine theme. Reg Ling salvaged, restored and adapted the old column originally on Catherine Hill, where a plaque is set. The site received dedication and blessing by the mayor and Frome Council of Churches Chairman on 14th Feb. 1993 lamplighting ceremony on Valentine Day.
