Dumke Gymnastics Center. . , In recognition of the generous support of Katherine and Zeke Dumke , , This facility is named with pride in recognition of Katherine and Zeke Dumke, whose long-time involvement and generous support have significantly enriched the women's gymnastics program at the University of Utah. The Dumkes' donation made possible the construction of this state-of-the-art training center, funded entirely through private contributions. Their gift was made as a tribute to the women's athletics programs and to honor the dedication of the gymnasts and their coach who have made the program so successful. Mr. and Mrs. Dumke, both graduates of the University of Utah, carry on a family tradition of philanthropy, generously volunteering their time and resources to bettering the community and state in education, the arts, business and health care. , The Dumke Gymnastics Center is home to the nation's premier collegiate women's gymnastics program - the 10-time national champion Utes. Since Coach Greg Marsden began the program in 1976, the Ute gymnasts are the only team to have finished in the nation's Top 10 and competed for the National Championship every year. Honored seven times as National Coach of the Year, Greg Marsden and his teams hold nearly half of all the NCAA Women's Gymnastics Championships awarded to date.
