Inscription. For 60 years, this site contained a Second Empire style home identical to the one located next doot. Built by the developer Jonathan Madell, the first resident of 19 Draper Street was George Hickey, a railway manager. In 1942, the house was demolished and replaced with a small factory owned by Farrell Plastics. A fire destroyed the factory in 1969 and the land became a park in 2021.
