1. 21 Draper Street Marker

Inscription. For 60 years, this site contained a Second Empire style home identical to the one located next door. Built by the developer Jonathan Madell, the first residents of 21 Draper Street were Elspeth Jones and her family. In 1942, the house was demolished and replaced with a small factory owned by Farrell Plastics. A fire destroyed the factory in 1969 and the land became a park in 2021.

Erected 2021 by Heritage Toronto.
