Inscription. In Memory of Madame Manager Mom, Baba, Arwa, for all she did for Park City and for us.

Arlene Loble, the first woman City Manager in Utah, presided over the transition of Park City from an aging mining town to an emerging world famous resort community in the early 1980's. Managing local friction, infrastructure, and re-purposing of historic buildings, including this, the converted Marsac Grade School, into our City Hall, were among a broad spectrum of extraordinary accomplishments for the extraordinary and always creative Arlene.
