"Rising from a concrete foundation and floor, the walls are built of structural tile faced with brown bricks. The building is capped by a truncated hipped roof covered with asphalt shingles. A large brick-faced annex with a flat roof was connected to the east (side) facade in 1963.(Submitted on July 20, 2025.)
"Influenced by Neo-Classical Revival styling, the original building features a symmetrical form with simple brick pilasters dividing the facades into several bays. It is encircled by a corbelled brick cornice line and a corbelled brick water table. A flat-roofed canopy supported by plain brick columns covers the main entry on the north facade. Projecting from the south (rear) facade is a small room intended for restrooms and mechanical systems. High round-arched windows pierce the walls. Although the window openings have been covered by fiberglass panels for security and light control, the original window units areintact. "The interior displays simple painted tile walls and exposed steel roof trusses. There are no major partition walls except for the party wall between the original building and the annex."
