Inscription.
G.F. Harding, trustee of Capitol Freehold Land and Investment Company [XIT Syndicate], deeded lots 13-24 Block 20 in Channing, Hartley County, Texas to the city for a “Grave Yard”. Original trustees were Albert G. Boyce, Candid Oakes and William Powell.
