Regarding Helen Gibson House c. 1905. #14 and #16 Robinson St S were the two first concrete block houses in Grimsby. They were built by William Gibson, a prominent local businessman and politician. Helen Gibson, daughter and schoolteacher, lived here during 1921 - 1985.
