Il complesso progettato unitariamente, comprende il teatro di impianto augusteo e il portico delle corporazioni che circonda il piazzale sistemato a giardino fin dall'antichitΰ, con i tempio su un alto podio al centro il teatro ricostruito alla fine del xix sec. d.C. Presenta una cavea a gradinate disposte a semicerchio per gli spettatori, e un'orchestra semicircolare per le rappresentazioni con scena retrostante. Il portico e dotato di dopριο colonnato con ambienti retrostanti pavimentati con mosaici allusivi alla funzione mercantile di Ostia.

The complex as a whole includes the Augustan-style theater and the portico of the guilds surrounding the square, which has been landscaped since antiquity. The temple, standing on a high podium at the center, was rebuilt in the late 19th century AD.
