English Translation:
1337 – Oldest surviving document regarding the property, which was owned by various bourgeois and noble families (including Giech of Thurnau, C.J. von Wallenfels, J. Merx, P.F. Freiherr von Gebsattel).
1661 – Prince-Bishop Philipp Valentin Voit von Rieneck.
1675 – Wolf Philipp Freiherr von Schrottenberg, Kurmainz and Bamberg court and war councillor, renovated and baroquified the property.
1818 – Imperial surgeon Georg Ambros Mahr established a liqueur factory with a tasting room.
