Inscription.

On the 12th of April 1870, Manomin County was admitted to Anoka County. At that time the name was changed to Manomin Township and later to Fridley Township. This Anoka County Park was formally dedicated 'Manomin' on the 6th of February 1973 by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners.
