Regarding Eagleson-Buyers House 1830. The Eagleson-Buyers House is an early timber frame house with a clapboard exterior. John Eagleson built the house around 1830. The people that have lived here include: Reverend Edmund Burk, a Roman Catholic priest; and Robert Pilkington, a British Major-General and Army Engineer. The building briefly housed a hair salon in the 1970s; and is currently a private dwelling.
