1. The Water Wheel Marker
Inscription.
This water wheel is powered by cooling water from the refrigeration process used by Velvet Ice Cream's facility. The water is piped underground, up the wooden flume and over the wheel. The water wheel is 10 feet, 4 inches in diameter and 4 feet in width. The wheel weighs over 8,000 pounds.
