Honoring Local Veterans Killed in Action
The non-denominational Cross Memorial is dedicated to all of the New Washington-area Veterans who made the ultimate sacrifice and were killed in action (KIA) while protecting our freedoms and way of life.
The local KIAs from World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War are engraved on the Cross Memorial. The KIAs from the Civil War and World War I are recognized on the list below.
