This is a 1956 V-12 Fire engine manufactured by Seagrave. Pierce-Arrow V-12 engines were typically used, specifically a 530 cubic inch (CID) engine known for it's reliability, power and two distributors for redundancy. The 530 in the name refers to the engines displacement, and the "B" is a model designation, in this case, "Pumper". This particular model has been converted to an inline six cylinder engine. Seagrave was founded in Detroit, Michigan in 1881. Original price, approx $12,000
