1. Mary Williams Marker
Inscription. Mary Francis Williams taught at Dale City Elementary School for 19 years. After retirement, she remained very active in volunteer work and community affairs. In 1999, Mary was elected to the Prince William County School Board. The focus of Mary's civic life was the welfare of children. Mary was a founding member of Women in Community Action, a nonprofit organization to provide guidance and assistance to minority female youth of the community.
