1. G. Richard (Rick) Pfizner Marker
Inscription. Rick Pfitzner was elected to the Prince William County Board of Supervisors in 1979, and served as chairman from 1985 to 1988. Rick had a strong commitment to the welfare of Prince William County's youth. He was on the Baord of Directors of the Prince William Boys and Girls Clubs for 16 years. He was instrumental in forging county economic development and was a moving force for the Prince William Parkway and the county stadium.
