Inscription. Ms. Rebecca G. Randolph, for more than seventy years, served as a trained social worker, community advocate on numerous boards, committees, and as a tireless Potomac Hospital volunteer. Rebecca's long service on the Prince William Symphony Orchestra Board and contributions to the development of its professionalism earned her recognition in 2002 by the inaugural award of the Kathleen K. Seefeldt Arts Award for individual excellence in support of the PWSO under auspices of the Prince William Commission For the Arts.
