Delhi School Building, also, Town Hall and Radnor Grange Hall. . , At the west end of Taylor Street sits the Delhi (Radnor) School building. The school was originally a two story, two room brick structure built sometime between 1869 and 1874 with the stipulation that the upper room be used as the Town Hall. Around 1891, the school expanded upstairs and the Town Hall was relocated. To accommodate the increasing number of grade school students, a room was added for high school students. In 1917, the schools of Radnor Township were centralized into a new school building on St Rt 203 in the southern end of the village, and the Taylor Street building was sold to the Radnor Grange., The Grange, officially named The National Grange of the Order of Patrons of Husbandry, is the oldest American agricultural advocacy group. As a member of this national organization, the Radnor Grange encouraged families to band together to promote the economic and political well-being of the community and agriculture. The first Radnor Grange was organized in 1874, its charter was revoked in 1878, and the second Radnor Grange was organized in 1915. The Taylor Street building was the center of social activities for many years, until it was sold to become a private residence in 1993. The Radnor Grange officially ceased operations in 1997.
