2. Monument "Bagage voor het Leven" / “Baggage for Life” Memorial
The memorial consists of the memorial plaque (Photo 1), also visible here mounted to a cement base next to the flagpole, plus 8 benches, with each bench dedicated to a specific mission and having a stylized piece of aluminum luggage next it (see subsequent photos). The three closest benches visible here are for Korea, (the former) Yugoslavia, and Afghanistan.
