Still operating as an active cemetery owned by the Town of Gurley, at its founding, community members purchased plots for burial from the Gurley family and its descendants. Gurley Cemetery tells the story of every family that has built and contributed to the town's growth. Veterans of: every major American conflict lie in this cemetery. The only cemetery within the town limits, Gurley Cemetery seeks to honor and remember those the community has loved and cherished.
