1. Tilt-A-Whirl Marker
Inscription. Herbert Sellner invented the Tilt-A-Whirl in 1926. The following year, the ride debuted at the Minnesota State Fair. Since then, over 1,000 Tilt-A-Whirls have been manufactured by Sellner Manufacturing. In 1982, Bay Beach purchased this Tilt-A-Whirl used from Thumb Fun Amusement Park located in Door County, WI.
