Inscription.
The building is an example of Moderne/Art Deco Style. It served as headquarters for Hollywood stars throughout the 1930 and 40's and was the center of Yuma's social life until 1960.

Dedicated December 1999, by the City of Yuma
for the preservation of our heritage.
